Senators, Reps vacate offices

Abuja - Members of the National Assembly have been asked to move out of their respective offices latest
Monday, May 18, reports Punch.
The order was handed down to the lawmakers by the National Assembly management through an internal memo.
Aides, including senior legislative aides and other non-permanent members of staff in the lawmakers’ offices, also got the directive.

Most of the lawmakers, particularly those who are not coming back to be part of the 8th Assembly have complied with the directive.
The order is coming 17 days to the end of their tenure.
